This guide will help you get the most out of Arranger, Arranger Lite and Showcase. All of these allow you to create your own online brochure that is published on a url which can be linked to your website. For Arranger users, a link to your brochure is included in confirmation emails sent to your clients.
The online brochure is highly visual. Images are the most important element to get right.

Adding high quality images to your products & services will ensure they showcase your offerings in the best possible way.
The online brochure is highly visual so images are the most important element to get right. Items without images will negatively impact brochure for your clients.
Images are recommended to be a minimum of 1280px x 960px.
Adding multiple images really helps your clients to explore your products & services in detail. Consider adding images to show close up details or variations which are available. Users are able to scroll through all the images you upload when viewing product or service details in your online brochure.
Products with at least one image will have a featured image. This is the image displayed first in the online brochure.
Set a featured image by dragging the image you want to top of list on the admin page.
If you upload images of product variations, ensure you use the ‘Select Image’ option on the variants section of the product page to link the relevant image to the variants.

Titles should be kept short, more information can be added in the description.
Detailed product descriptions helps clients to understand your products and services.
Include information you think would be useful. For example you might want to include maximum capacity for a crematorium and whether they offer weekend services, or information about lining options for a coffin.
Brochure settings allow you to choose which categories are visible within the online brochure.
You might not offer memorialisation or flower options to your families as these are outsourced to stonemasons and florists. If this is the case you can stop these categories from appearing in your brochure by updating the include in brochure option.
Simply untick the ‘Include in brochure’ option on the brochure settings screen then click the Save button.
The brochure settings area allows you to set the order in which categories are displayed in your online brochure. This will be the order of the category tiles displayed on the brochure landing screen.
Brochure settings allow you to choose which items in each category are visible in your online brochure. It might be that you offer a specific coffin as part of your direct cremation package which is not available to purchase for bespoke funerals. In this scenario you could hide this coffin in your brochure.
Simply untick the ‘Include in brochure’ option on the brochure settings screen then click the ‘Save’ button.
