Arranger wants to reassure our clients that we will be running as normal during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic

Following the Government announcement regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) yesterday, we wanted to reassure our customers that Arranger will be running as normal during this unprecedented time.

We also wanted to reassure you that we have a thorough business continuity plan in place to ensure we maintain our high levels of customer support and continue to improve the Arranger platform. Following government guidelines, our customer success and development teams have been working remotely to help minimise the risk of infections from COVID-19. This will continue until the advice changes.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the direction given by the Government, taking all appropriate and necessary action to protect our team where necessary, however we do not anticipate any disruption to our customer support.
